After many years as a tradesman developing diverse, hands on expertise, Mark obtained his domestic builders licence in 2004 and started MC Building.

His passion for property development, led him to further his knowledge in the industry by obtaining his commercial builders licence in 2009.

Mark’s professional, yet down to earth approach and extensive knowledge of the construction industry make it easy for client’s to put their trust in him to deliver a quality end product.

Co-founding MC Building with Mark, Rose controls all aspects of accounting, finance and administration for the company.

Her high level of knowledge and understanding of the building process means she is able to communicate comprehensively with the client throughout the project.

Josh has been in the building industry since 2006 and is our Site Supervisor.

Having firstly completed a carpentry apprenticeship and then a diploma in building and construction management, he comes with a wealth of invaluable building knowledge.

He is second to none when running a building site, managing all aspects of the ‘onsite’ build, including scheduling and management of trades from commencement right through to handover.
